Experience: 23 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Speaker Management
Identify, onboard, and manage key voices and leaders as speakers for the conference.
Build and nurture relationships to ensure seamless engagement and participation.
2. Speaker Engagement
Design and execute engagement initiatives to keep speakers aligned and motivated
throughout the planning and execution stages.
Act as the primary point of contact for all speaker-related queries and coordination.
3. Project Planning and Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to manage timelines, deliverables,
and resources effectively.
Ensure all aspects of the conference planning process are executed efficiently and on
schedule.
4. Agenda Creation and Mapping
Design a compelling and cohesive conference agenda that aligns with the event's
theme and objectives.
Strategically map speakers to sessions to create maximum impact and value.
5. Conference Product Development
Conceptualize and create a differentiated conference product that aligns with the overall
event goals and audience expectations.
Continuously innovate and refine the conference structure to enhance the attendee
experience.
6. Campaign Leadership for Product Success
Lead marketing and promotional campaigns to drive speaker and agenda visibility and
engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve targeted
success metrics.
