Job Deliverables Assistant Manager People & Culture Operations and Technology


HRIS Implementation and Management:

Experience working with HRMS Systems (KEKA, DarwinBox, Zing HR, Zoho Recruit, Razor Pay, SAP, Oracle cloud HRMS)

Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS to streamline HR processes.

Oversee the management and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.

Evaluating existing HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and streamlining.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations.

Develop and implement efficient and standardized HR processes.

Assist in planning and conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize HRIS to generate insightful reports and analytics.

Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.

Collaborate with HR partners to enhance the employee experience.

Oversee HR documentation and records management.

Assisting with employee relations matters, including addressing inquiries, handling medical insurance requirements, issuing employment-related letters

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure HR operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Mitigate risks by implementing effective HR policies and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.

Leadership and Team Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Work closely with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals.

Required Skill sets.

Experience in handling HRIS.

Drafting Policy.

Excellent in PPT & MS Office.

Technically sound in Process & Policies.
