Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading the order engineering team by providing guidance to his/her team, monitoring and checking the daily output of the team and setting the KRAs and monitoring the performance while helping the team to resolve challenges they face both internally and externally.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Monitor the day-to-day functioning of the Order Engineering function by reviewing the backlog with the team members and assigning work to the respective engineers depending on their current workload and experience level. Setting priority for orders depending on the request from Sales, PM and CS teams.
Set up KRAs for each of the team members in consultation with the functional leader and monitor their performance. Provide support to identify and implement corrective and preventive actions for issues.
Assess the performance of his/her reportees and provide regular performance feedback.
Drive implementation of automation and drive continuous improvement actions to improve productivity and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor's degree in the following engineering disciplines - Mechanical/Chemical/ Instrumentation or related discipline.
Knowledge and experience of minimum 10 years in Control Valve industry.
Excellent communication, people management and problem-solving skills is mandatory.
