Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle resource allocation, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and present operational insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: F&B or Hotel Management Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Operations (Hospital/Clinic/Healthcare service).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting tools.
