Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Design and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage agency partnerships for performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and website development.
- Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and optimise for reach, lead quality, conversion, and cost efficiency.
- Manage media spends, optimise budgets, and maintain performance dashboards.
2. Content Development & Brand Communication
- Create briefs, provide feedback, and approve creative assets for digital and print channels.
- Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and tone across all marketing platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to highlight academic programmes, student stories, campus news, and events.
4. Event Marketing & Outreach
- Plan and execute marketing support for admissions events, webinars, open houses, and school outreach sessions.
- Collaborate with the Admissions and Operations teams to ensure event visibility, branding, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or Analytics (desirable).
Experience
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, media planning, or event marketing.
- Experience in higher education, ed-tech, or service-based industries preferred.
- Strong portfolio of digital campaign management and content strategy.
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in digital campaign tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Experience with performance analytics, CRM, and marketing automation
- Budget planning, vendor/agency management
- Strong content and communication skills (verbal and written)
