Role Description

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Manager - Marketing, who will work on content development, for an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai. This role involves managing and executing content strategies by developing long form, high research content, using the content to build stories and narratives, working with design teams to execute the stories in various forms, including content for social media and other mar-comm channels. The role will also include developing performance marketing campaigns and overseeing digital marketing initiatives to drive growth across metrices. Responsibilities include creating high-quality content with deep research, converting long form content into stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to tell the stories across media and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Journalism or Business Finance
• Proficiency in Written Content Creation and Editing
• Expertise in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, and social media Campaign Optimization
• Strong skills in Research across personal finance and wealth management
• Must have demonstrable prowess with Marketing Analytics and Data Insights
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in leveraging technology platforms and tools for digital marketing and social media campaigns
• Previous work experience with the financial or investment sector is a plus
