Job Description

Role: Assistant Manager / Manager- Talent Acquisition, Human Resources

Location: Magathane- Borivali East, Mumbai.

Role Overview :

This person will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across international and domestic markets. The role (80%) will primarily focus on international recruitment, specifically across Russia, Southeast Asia (including Thailand), and China, though not exclusively limited to these regions, and includes a mix of domestic hiring. The remaining 20% of the role will encompass HR operations responsibilities, supporting day-to-day HR activities, onboarding, and internal coordination.

Role & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (80%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment across international(60%) and domestic(20%)markets.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for business-critical roles.

Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver within defined timelines.

Conduct resume screening, interviews, and assessments ensuring cultural and role fit.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance the overall candidate experience. Utilize ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) effectively.

HR Operations (20%)

Support onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.

Coordinate with HR team members for engagement, induction, and reporting activities.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics for reporting and analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

6 - 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably 5 yrs+ within AdTech / MarTech / Digital Media / Technology industries.

Proven experience in international hiring, particularly in Russia, Southeast Asia, and China.(APAC)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

High sense of ownership, urgency, and detail orientation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
