Job Purpose:To drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships, while overseeing regional or national sales initiatives. The role involves proactive marketing, lead generation, customer relationship management, team development, and reporting, with a focus on achieving targeted sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Generation- Drive sales from both new and existing customers across designated territories or segments.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Marketing & Lead Generation- Identify and participate in relevant exhibitions, industrial zones, and events to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct research on online tenders, search engines, and digital platforms to identify potential opportunities.
- Execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Reporting & Documentation- Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR), client databases, and prospect lists.
- Submit quarterly sales performance and revenue achievement reports.
Market & Product Research- Identify opportunities from new applications, regions, and industries.
- Map decision-makers and key personnel in target companies.
- Suggest and identify productive exhibitions for lead generation and branding.
Customer Relationship Management- Maintain cordial relationships with customers, team members, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle customer queries effectively and ensure timely coordination of order dispatches.
- Schedule and document client visits, follow-ups, and customer engagement activities in CRM tools.
Team Management & Development- Support and guide team members in achieving their individual sales targets.
- Conduct joint sales calls and lead by example.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of sales professionals across regions.
- Drive regional business development plans in alignment with organizational goals.
Training & Capability Building- Conduct regular product, sales process, and closing technique training sessions for team members.
- Ensure continuous upskilling and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 48 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, packaging, or manufacturing-related sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
Preferred Industry Background:- Manufacturing / Industrial Products / Packaging / B2B Sales
