KEY DELIVERABLES
- Looking All Labour Compliance Central & State Act: Central Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Shops & Establishments Act, ESI Act, EPF Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Wages, Payment of Minimum Wages Act, Equal Remuneration Act, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.
- To Keep and maintain track of legal compliances for all the contractors including their EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Labour Licence etc. and preparing the various letters for defaulters, land etters to Government Official visits/inspections as may be required under various laws applicable.
- Submission of Statutory Returns under various Acts like the State & Central Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Shops & Establishments Act, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund etc.
- Responsible for liaison with the advocates for the various Labour matters concerning the employee and the company, preparing various letters, replies to the Vendors, undertaking, applications etc. as may be required on all the legal issues. Involvement in discussion and preparation of various third-party contractors (housekeeping/Security/Engineering/Canteen /Manpower Consultant etc).
- Verifying & checking the records & registers under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Shops & Establishments Act, ESIC Act, PF Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus Act, Payment of Wages Act, Equal Remuneration Act etc.
- Assisting at the time of Inspection under the State & Central Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Shops & Establishments Act, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus Act, Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages Act etc. Adherence to all IMS/SHE/TBEM Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and SOPs
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
Qualification: Graduate or above
Experience: 4-6 year
Experience in managing suppliers & deliveries at sites
