Roles & responsibilities

  • This position demands two primary responsibilities graphic design and project coordination.
  • The person will be responsible for developing graphic designing / creative jobs using MS Office tools and the Adobe range of tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects). In addition, they will be required to create and edit videos.
  • He/she will work on and coordinate projects very closely with stakeholders to create impactful, out-of-the-box design.
  • Produce consistent, in-brand documents and communications using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and the Adobe range of tools.
  • Create world-class outputs in brochures, infographics, presentations, mailers, videos, newsletters, social media graphics, posters, event branding collaterals etc.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ideate, conceptualize and materialize ideas that simplify complex topics.
  • Understand the KPMG brand guidelines and work within KPMG/client templates and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and stringent deadlines with high attention to detail is a mandatory requirement.
  • A good understanding of the role of brand and communication within an organization and the importance of internal communications is required

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts or similar qualification.

Work Experience

  • 9-12 years of experience working as a graphic designer for global organizations (preferably Big 4's)..

Mandatory technical & functional skills

  • Skill set: Motion graphics, Graphic designing, PowerPoint presentation.
  • Tool familiarity: InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Power Point, Outlook express.

Key behavioral attributes/requirements

  • Excellent coordination and organizing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a workplace as well as a virtual environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to display flexibility in working hours.
