The responsibilities will involve the following:

  • Responsible for maintaining and publishing weekly & monthly Business Dashboards for leadership
  • Manage financial reports and share variance
  • Analyze business to track & improve metrics & profitability
  • Help establish plans, budgets, allocating resources and reviewing progress
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure seamless operations continuity
  • Develop Dashboards in collaboration with Business and Management Information teams
  • Manage stakeholders and escalations
  • Project management
  • Data Reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with business teams in implementing new ideas and standardizing process before development
  • Help project managers in executing certain ad-hoc projects. Understanding the purpose of these projects and executing effectively

Qualifications


Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Strong communication and collaboration
  • Power point and Excel proficiency
  • Quick learner with can do attitude
  • Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in business operations and /or delivery in big 4 or shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leaders
