Job Description

  • Aster Pharmacy (India) is looking for Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Recruitment and Selection:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement and teamwork
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and support disciplinary actions when necessary, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Training and Development:Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate employee development initiatives
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training efforts and provide feedback for improvement
  • Benefits and Compensation:Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding compensation and benefits
  • HR Compliance:Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, such as employee contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Performance Management:Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
  • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary
  • HR Reporting:Generate HR reports and metrics as needed to provide insights to management for decision-making
