Position : Assistant Manager - HR

Department : Human Resources

Reporting to : HR Manager

Job location : Corporate Office, M.G. Road, Thrissur

Work timing : 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM (Mon Sat)

Job Objective

To provide efficient and proactive administrative assistance to the HR Department duly coordinating HR activities and ensure team work and positive work environment across the department.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Manager in monitoring employ leave schedules, preparing payroll inputs etc.
  • Provide support in monitoring employee performance appraisal status and update HR Manager with relevant reports.
  • Prepare and maintain annual training calendar to capture the induction trainings, OJTs across all verticals. Capture training feedback and provide up-to-date monthly reports to the HR Manager.
  • Monitor deviations/non-compliances of HR policies across the Company and provide up-to-date monthly reports to the HR Manager.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to create and maintain positive working environment.
  • Prepare and maintain annual event calendar to track and maintain employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare accurate reports or assigned tasks and submit to the HR Manager based on the KPIs.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Any other HR/admin duties as and when required.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualification

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or-
  • Any UG degree with relevant experience

Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.

Age

25 - 30 years

Sex

Female/Male

Computer Skills

Excellent MS Office, internet and emails

Language Skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Communicative Hindi would be an added advantage.

Functional Skills

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate
  • Team player
  • Attention to details
  • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance highly desirable

Pay Scale

Rs 30K 35K
