We are seeking a highly competent and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team at Basik Innovation LLP. As an HR Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions and initiatives. This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in HR management. The job location is Vapi, Gujarat, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred MBA.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Good and Rich understanding of factory law and act.
  • Having experience in all kind of audit certifications.
  • Experience required in how to handle Govt. bodies.
  • Rich knowledge in wages payroll.
  • Experience in payroll software like HRIS, HRM Thread, Workday, Payroll Software.
  • Good understanding of grievances handling of work level.
  • Recruitment experience required.
  • Knowledge about all statutory compliances.
  • Monthly wages sheet, attendance, leave cards, contractors maintain & update.
