Job Description

Position Overview

Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer

3–5 years of professional design experience, with a demonstrable portfolio in social media design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite

Strong command of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy

Hands-on experience designing for LinkedIn and Instagram, with an understanding of what performs well on each platform

Familiarity with motion tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar for short-form animations

Experience designing professional B2B or corporate

Ability to produce clean, structured layouts for decks and long-form documents

Familiarity with PowerPoint and design for decks, documents, and long-form publications

Experience producing content optimized for LinkedIn and other digital platforms, including reels, explainer clips, and animated assets

Should be ok to work as per US time, if needed
