Responsibilities
Minimum 7 years post qualification experience in a multinational corporate environment, with in depth exposure to process improvement and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics)
A good appreciation of F&A Process (PTP, RTR,OTC & TAX)
Basic knowledge of Indian GAAP, IndAS and IFRS
Experience of preparation of financial statements and providing end to end audit support to Big4
Proven people management experience. Experience in management and working with remote teams is an advantage
Results oriented and comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
Project management and driving process improvements.
Experience in managing change
Internal controls awareness and understanding
Excellent detailed knowledge of the business processes in their area, both current and future
Proven analytical and decision-making skills
Flexibility & proactivity
Customer focused and proven experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Identify process gaps and issues, find solutions for them and bring them into action. Identify and understand hand-offs between individuals / organisations / systems and interfaces.
Identify inefficiencies in the process and BAU, drive effectiveness improvement initiatives.
