Job Profile : Asst. Manager Finance
Dept : Corporate Finance
Location : Ahmedabad
Role Summary : The person would be responsible in assisting financial planning , Fund raising through debt from banks , Debt Monitoring and Debt MIS & budgeting. She / he would be responsible for overseeing and mentoring trade finance transactions and should have working knowledge of Trade Finance instruments like bank Guarantee, Letter of credit , etc.
Responsibilities :
-To prepare and work on financial models and to interpret and review financial information
-To work on various excel models including preparation of financial projections , CMA & Project Finance models
-To liaision with banks and financial institutions for credit limits and fund raising
-Financial MIS reporting to management
-Coordinate with Accounts and Auditors to ensure appropriate accounting of treasury investments
-Prepare and monitor compliances related to banks and financial institutions
Requirement :
-At least 2-3 years of working knowledge
-Academics : M.Com / MBA Finance / Inter CA / B.com / CFA
-should have good excel proficiency
-some knowledge of financial ratios and financial statement analysis
-Analytical and communication skills
