Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Engineer - Planning based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include overseeing planning activities for projects, managing project timelines, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing data, addressing challenges in execution, and contributing to continuous improvement of projects and processes.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of MSP, Microsoft, Farvision (ERP)
2. Preparation of the Schedule
3. Implementation of tender event schedule
4. Preparation of the MIS wrt Planning
5. Preparation of catch up plan with reference to time and cost
6. Conduct of the periodic risk assessment
7. Monitoring of the project planning vs actual execution
8. Period review of the planning MIS/Audit
9. As per planning SOP, all requirement need to be follow
