Job Description

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and safety risks.
  • Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • Initiating & completing the EHS periodic environmental monitoring as per the tracker in coordination with the external agencies.
  • Interacting with regulatory authorities like KSPCB, KGWA, NPA and other local bodies for legal compliances.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly/Annual reports to above said authorities on time.
  • Responsible for internal & External/Regulatory/Customer EHS audits & compliance.
  • Ensure effective operation of ETP, Wastewater management, Treatments & utilization.
  • Responsible for, General, Hazardous & Biomedical waste management & disposal.
  • Responsible for preparation of SOPs & documents related to operation.
  • Ensuring conducting of Internal/external Trainings as per the schedule.
  • Should be well versed with HAZID & HAZOP studies.
