Job Description
Key Responsibilities
applications/software based on business requirements.
- Engage with internal teams to understand client requirements.
- Build custom solutions around Genesys Cloud CX that cannot be catered
out-of-the-box.
- Code and deploy custom requirements for the contact center as part of the
Engineering team.
Genesys Cloud APIs, Also it is good to have other Cloud CC like NICE CXone,
Amazon Connect.
Desired Profile
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years in
software development; maximum experience of 7 years.
- Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience with Genesys Cloud or any other CCaaS.
Technical Requirements.
- Good programming skills. Preferred skill
set: React.js, Node.js, REST, Java, HTML, CSS (or full-stack development).
- Ability to write effective and scalable code/test cases. Good knowledge of
coding/testing environments and familiarity with software applications and
tools.
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud or any contact center platform.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms with experience in AWS / Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of messaging and social media technologies such as
web-messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp is an added advantage.
