Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil projects from inception to completion within the Power/Energy sector
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these parameters
- Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities related to civil project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging practices in civil project management

Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Master's degree in project management or related discipline (preferred)
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry
- Prior experience in managing civil projects is required
- Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and team management
