About N V Organics Group: We are a 25+ year-old, privately owned company specializing in the sales and

technical support of ingredients for the cosmetics and personal care industry. We are more than just a sales

company for our customers. We offer technical assistance through our extensive technical background. In our

applications lab, we can develop tailor-made formulations and provide immediate solutions.

We require an Ast. Manager Business Development for South India Region way to develop new business opportunities for us in the cosmetics and personal care industry.

Job Responsibilities: New Business Development in the domestic market, which includes -

  • Finding new opportunities for sales of cosmetic ingredients to finished products manufacturing
  • companies and brands
  • Sales of cosmetics and personal care ingredients to pharma/cosmetics/ derma product manufacturing
  • companies
  • Retaining and developing new revenue streams from existing customers
  • Order Funnel Planning
  • Developing relationships in an effort to retain and grow business
  • Problem-solving ability to tackle routine business issues

Education Background: B.Tech Cosmetology, B.Pharma, M.Pharma. A master's degree is preferable.

Other Key Skills Required: Strong Communication (both verbal and written, Strong Interpersonal Skills, and Good Knowledge of functionalities like G Suite, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in the sales and marketing of cosmetics or pharmaceutical ingredients.

CTC: 10 LPA (depending on suitability and experience; including variable)
