Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Business Analyst, Consumer Goods!


The Business Analyst role sits within the sales team at Genpact. The role requires working with senior sales stakeholders, understanding their analytics needs and business requirements and providing insights to support sales initiatives and enhance the quality of conversations with the client.



Responsibilities


.Support unit leader priorities in achieving the vision and driving business goals.


.Work and collaborate with various teams across organization (Finance, Research, Marketing, Operations) driving overall sales efficiency.


.Extensive data analysis and draw insights to identify and call-out gaps. Use data analysis to support recommendations.


.Build and maintain ready repository for SOPs, contacts, use cases/wins.


.Support in the operationalization of the deliverables.


.Standard reporting and analysis of key metrics on a daily basis.


.Creating adhoc analysis requested by the leadership.


.Program Manage ongoing unit campaigns and initiatives.


.Providing inputs for monthly/quarterly leadership reviews and biannual account plans


Qualifications we seek in you!


Minimum Qualifications / Skills


.MBA or equivalent from premium institute


.Should have experience in Sales/Sales Operations/Sales Management processes/Pre-sales


.Exposure working with IT domain/IT/BPO companies


.Must have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)


.Ability to think quantitatively and provide analysis


.Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations


.Must be able to work independently and collaborate efficiently across functions


.Ability to work in a multicultural, multi geography environment


.Experience working with Senior Leaders & excellent stakeholder management skills


.Excellent MS office skills - Excel, PPT, Word



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


.Understanding of sales tools like SFDC, Power BI or equivalent


.Domain Led expertise in any of the Industry Verticals around IT Sales


.Ability to drive business priorities pervasively in all sales teams and geographies.
