About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to enhance our BTL and experiential marketing initiatives within the automotive and showroom sectors. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, hands-on execution skills, and strong PowerPoint presentation expertise to craft and deliver compelling campaign experiences at the ground level.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about brand activations, who has showroom or automotive marketing exposure, and thrives in delivering on-ground consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Servicing

  • Be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders in the automotive/showroom space.
  • Understand client goals and vehicle marketing objectives to deliver tailored activation strategies.
  • Conduct regular client updates, reviews, and immersive presentations.

Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Design and roll out 360 BTL campaigns including testdrive events, showroom activations, dealer outreach, and auto fairs.
  • Translate briefs into insight-led, experiential strategies anchored in showroom dynamics and automobile consumer behaviour.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality to deliver seamless, on-brand experiences.

Creative & Presentation Mastery

  • Develop Highimpact PowerPoint decks to deliver compelling concept pitches, activation visuals, and results storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for visual and narrative coherence across all presentations and activation materials.

Automotive Market Intelligence

  • Leverage auto industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activations to inform campaign planning.
  • Provide insights on localisation, vehicle feature highlights, and showroom consumer engagement.

Vendor & On-Ground Activation Management

  • Manage logistics with internal and external partners (vendors, logistics, creative suppliers) to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Supervise on-ground teams and take ownership of the event execution across showrooms, auto expos, or dealer locations.

Support Business Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities like extended activations or after-sales campaigns within existing clients.
  • Contribute strategic activation ideas and decks for pitches to new clients in the automobile sector.
