Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager - Marketing & Branding to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen Bayfield Food Ingredients brand presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to the HoReCa sector.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target segments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Manage the brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional items.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute marketing and branding strategies.
- Well-versed with Microsoft PowerPoint A must
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software) is desirable.
