Job Description

  • Create business prospects by connecting with identified set of customers pools through systematic follow ups.
  • Funnel management with follow Ups with prospects on their conversion journey
  • Targets by systematic follow up time bound closures.
  • Work with internal tools web portal for easy access faster conversion
  • Engage with clients post sales conversion till their business hosting cycle is completed within right timeframes.
  • Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints driving fast closures
Skills Required:
  • Ability to manage a team of 5-7 Sales Representatives
  • Client handling and application of Tele-sales/ Video -Sales techniques
  • Good Verbal and written communication
  • Team training buildup
  • Ability to work on MS-office suite.
  • Good presentation Skills
