About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and forward-looking candidate for our Admissions team. The role will focus on planning, organizing, coordinating and execution of course admission activities.

Job description:
Contact potential or existing students to inform them about the programs.
Conducting interviews, reviewing application materials, and assisting in the admissions decision-making process.
Arranging campus tours and conducting information sessions.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with prospective students.
Follow-up interactions over email and calls with potential students to ensure their participation in admission-related processes as per the course requirement.
Proactively follow-up with students to increase conversion of final enrolment.
Organize program-related events
Manage logistics and other administrative work related to the program
Qualifications:
University Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Familiarity with college and university programs, majors, admissions requirements and processes, and scholarship and financial aid resources.
Preferably with experience in Outbound calling.
Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
Experience working with lead management and CRM tools.
