Job Description

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment for executive staff
  • Supervise clerical and administrative personnel, including communicating job expectations and disciplining employees
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve department operations
  • Monitor and procure supplies for various office areas
  • Ensure facility meets environmental, health, and security standards
  • Manage maintenance and repair of machinery and systems
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and streamline processes
  • Facilitate smooth flow of information within the company
  • Monitor inventory and purchase office supplies within budget constraints
  • Act as liaison between administrative personnel and senior management
  • Resolve employee queries and grievances, counsel on employee relations issues
  • Design time and attendance policy, record schedules, and address absenteeism
  • Monitor costs and assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
  • Organize and supervise other office activities such as recycling and event planning
  • Stay updated on organizational changes and business developments
