Assistant Manager Accounts (GST & Statutory Audit)

As we accelerate our digital transformation, we're looking for a Digital Brand Growth Lead to build India's most loved parenting community and drive digital brand growth across social media, creators, SEO, AI Search and consumer engagement.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliation, and assessments.

Coordinate and support Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits.

Prepare financial statements, schedules, and audit documentation.

Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and month-end closing.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Support TDS compliance, vendor reconciliations, and other statutory requirements.

Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

Hands-on experience in Statutory Audit and GST compliance is mandatory.

Working knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/SAP/ERP systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Background

CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com / MBA (Finance).

Experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Trading, or CA Firm will be an added advantage.
