Job Description

Assists the HR manager to develop, coordinate and direct a variety of human resource programs. Performs human resource services such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations and administration.

In absence of Human Resources Manager, covers his duties.

.Assists the Human resources head in identifying various sources of talent acquisiton such as campus hiring, job portals, social media, internal mobility, role enhancements etc.,

.Follows up and update the HR head on the status of Quarterly Chats (Q-Chats) for Executives every quarter as per the process.

.Assists the HR head in conducting due-diligence before tie-up with various NGOs.

.Liases with various NGOs to volunteer in various CSR activities.

.Follows Tata Volunteering Week / month initiative.

.Administration of various employee related facilities such as Staff Dining, Staff Accommodation, Ladies Night Drop, Day Care centre, Lockers and restrooms, Employee transportation as per the laid down standards,

.To adhere to all the roles & responsbiliites related to safety as defined by the hotel from time to time.

.Follows Safety/Hygiene and TPAM (Taj Positive Assurance Model) and takes corrective measures to ensure full compliance
