Our client is a pharmaceutical manufacturer. As AGM-Marketing (Rare Diseases), you will lead product strategy, drive launches, and work cross-functionally to deliver innovative, life-changing therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development, positioning, and marketing of the rare disease portfolio, with emphasis on Lysosomal Storage Disorders (LSDs).
- Drive initiatives to support therapies focused on enzyme replacement, substrate reduction, and gene therapy.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that address unmet medical needs and enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure scientific and patient-aligned marketing execution.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities within the rare disease segment, ensuring alignment with the organization's growth strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), patient advocacy groups, and healthcare professionals to strengthen brand credibility and market presence.
- Ensure strategic portfolio expansion in rare diseases, supporting the company's long-term differentiation and growth goals.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience required.
- Experience in Rare Disease is a must. Someone who has launched a product. Science and Marketing experience must be strong.
- Central of Excellence is must
