Job Description

Position: Assistant Facility Manager (Technical)

Location: Gurgaon & Noida

Reports To: City Lead

Industry Exposure: Facility Management, Real Estate, CoWorking

Education: Graduate with an Engineering background in Electrical or Manufacturing

Experience: 8 Years

CTC Budget: 10 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

  • Daily facility workaround checklist
  • Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc.
  • Daily Briefing Facility Engineer about Planned activities and major Building compliance
  • Check all technical reports daily. Weekly Report.
  • Coordinating with the Vendors
  • Month-end checking consumable stock and raising an indent.
  • Prepare a material snag list every month and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations.
  • Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar
  • Ensuring end-to-end services under facility managemen

Skillset Required

  • Strong knowledge of property operations
  • The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.
  • Solid background in team management.
  • To ensure the smooth functioning of the facility operations.
  • To work within approved budgets.
