Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Engineer based in Dharuhera. The Assistant Engineer will be responsible for supporting design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering projects. Daily tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing technical issues, creating reports, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and assisting in the optimization of manufacturing processes. The role also involves contributing to innovation initiatives and implementing sustainable engineering practices aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in problem-solving, analysis, and troubleshooting technical and operational challenges
- one year experience in paint shop .
- Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices and commitment to environmental standards
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Diploma in mechanical engineering from Guru Nanak Dev campus Dseu Rohini
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage
