Role Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Business Development Manager to support our growth in the healthcare sector. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and on-ground sales initiatives across Jaipur. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to new business prospects in hospitals, clinics, and labs
  • Present products and services to potential clients and support closing deals
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Assist in marketing and promotional campaigns within the healthcare community
  • Prepare and maintain reports, proposals, and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with senior management to meet monthly and quarterly targets

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales in the healthcare sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with local healthcare market (Jaipur region)
  • Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Immediate joining is a strong preference
