Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Accountant, located in Valsad. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, including processing payments, maintaining general ledger entries, and preparing financial reports. The role also involves reconciling accounts, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Assistant Accountant will work closely with the finance team to support overall financial operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in general ledger maintenance, accounting entries, and financial reporting
- Skills in payment processing, account reconciliation, and payroll management
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in the cleanroom industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
