JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The successful individual will be expected to work in a team of professionals and be able to be commercial, critical & creative whilst ensuring the highest level of risk management.
- Develop strong understanding of the firm's vendor program and ability to utilize various vendor-related systems
- Develop an understanding of the wide array of businesses with AM Alts
- Create and maintain detailed tracking tools
- Exhibit strong communications skills, inclusive of tailoring messaging effectively to variety of both internal and external audiences
- Utilize strong analytical skills and comfort manipulating numbers
- Collaborate with other professionals in the firm to progress process and risk management initiatives and uplifts
- Exhibit strong responsiveness
- Develop comfort with management, validation and allocation of vendor expenses
- Face off with senior stakeholders and drive priorities
- Exhibit excellent judgement & problem-solving skills
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience in financial services, preferably in a relevant role
- Proven problem-solving ability and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience
- Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
