Our client (via Integgral Corporate Service) is a fast-growing renewable energy group specializing in Solar PV Modules, Rooftop Solar Systems, EPC Projects, EV Charging Infrastructure, and Solar Pumps across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales operations in the Tricity territory. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in business development, channel sales, and team management within the power, solar, or construction-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute territory plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Product Portfolio: Drive sales for Rooftop Solar, C&I Projects, Solar PV Modules, and EV Charging Solutions.
Lead Generation: Identify opportunities via direct sales, dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, architects, and corporate clients.
Network Management: Appoint, manage, and expand the dealer/distributor network.
Client Relations: Maintain relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, and institutions.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team to hit targets.
Operations & Reporting: Conduct site survey coordination, monitor competitor trends, manage timely payment collections, and prepare MIS reports.
