About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our growing analytics and technology team. This role will focus on designing, building, and deploying AI-driven agents, automation workflows, and machine learning solutions to solve real-world business challenges across e-commerce, quick commerce, and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate combines strong programming skills (Python/SQL) with knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, and data engineering, and is passionate about delivering production-ready, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

oBuild and fine-tune AI agents for query handling, data analysis, and workflow automation.

oIntegrate LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, etc.) into business applications.

Data Engineering & Pipelines

oDevelop ETL workflows to connect APIs, databases, and external data sources.

oWork with vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus) for knowledge retrieval.

Modeling & Analytics

oTrain, fine-tune, and evaluate ML/LLM models for classification, prediction, or recommendation tasks.

oImplement prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems.

Deployment & Scaling

oContainerize and deploy models using Docker, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.

oOptimize model performance and cost on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Collaboration

oWork closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.

oParticipate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, AutoGen).

Experience in building APIs and integrating AI models into production workflows.

Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Good to Have

Prior experience with performance marketing data, pricing, or sales analytics.

Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring).

Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation metrics for LLMs.

Open-source contributions or projects showcasing AI/agent development.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
