Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Red Team role at BAMKO is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. In this role, the engineer will design and execute adversarial testing strategies to probe AI models and systems for vulnerabilities, biases, and failure modes. Day-to-day tasks include developing and running experiments, creating synthetic and adversarial datasets, and collaborating with data science and engineering teams to improve AI robustness and safety. The engineer will also document findings, propose mitigations, and help define best practices and standards for secure and reliable AI deployment across BAMKO's platforms. This role involves close coordination with product, technology, and security stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with ethical, performance, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Cyber Security, Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Proven Analytical Skills with experience in experimental design, problem-solving, and interpreting complex datasets.
• Background in Data Science, including working with real-world data, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, including training, testing, and stress-testing models for robustness and fairness.
• Proficiency in Programming (e.g., Python, R, or similar languages) and familiarity with ML libraries and frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience or strong interest in red teaming, adversarial ML, security testing, or AI safety is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate technical findings clearly.
