Keyskills: LLM-powered applications or agentic systems, Strong proficiency in Python, AI-agents(LangChain and/or LlamaIndex), RAG, Vector databases (Pinecone / ChromaDB / FAISS), FastAPI or Flask for API orchestration, Integration OpenAI or HuggingFace models, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, Strong debugging, problem-solving, and evaluation of agents
What You'll Work On
- Build and scale LLM-powered conversational agents & autonomous workflows across our Tutor, Coach & Buddy products.
- Develop RAG pipelines, contextual memory systems, embeddings, and tool-use logic.
- Integrate multimodal capabilities text, voice, image, video into learning assistants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise UX, agent behaviour & pedagogy alignment.
- Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, moderation & personalisation.
- Continuously experiment with emerging LLMs, frameworks, SDKs & APIs.
- Contribute to our internal AI Agent SDK, reusable components & Dev tooling.
- Support A/B testing, telemetry, analytics, safety, hallucination reduction initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- 24 years building AI/LLM-based apps, chatbots, or agentic systems.
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, embeddings, vector DBs, RAG.
- Hands-on with Python, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, HuggingFace.
- Experience with API integration, FastAPI/Flask, and databases (MongoDB/Postgres).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent design patterns & evaluation metrics.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Tools: Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weights & Biases, PromptLayer, LangFuse
- Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD: GitHub Actions/Jenkins
