Job Description

  • Establish and maintain the smooth functioning and upkeep of service centers.
  • Liaise with store managers and sales teams to ensure effective coordination in service operations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to avoid issue escalations.
  • Motivate and manage the team at service centers and care centers to deliver consistent service quality.
  • Take full responsibility and accountability for service deliverables and performance.
  • Mentor and counsel service engineers as needed to improve technical and customer service capabilities.
  • Control and streamline the flow of incoming calls for on-site service support.
  • Manage expenses of service and care centers within established cost guidelines.
  • Ensure sufficient manpower availability to handle all customer service calls efficiently.
  • Provide relevant training to team members based on identified skill gaps and operational needs.
  • Oversee care center operations to ensure seamless walk-in customer support.
  • Continuously encourage the team to enhance performance by identifying and addressing operational gaps.

Education Required

  • Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech (Preferred).

Experience Required

  • 6 to 10 years in After Sales Service.
