Area Sales Officer

• Manage sales and execution across assigned DMart & Vishal Mega Mart stores.

• Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.

• Ensure optimum product availability, shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and secondary displays.

• Coordinate with store teams and distributors for timely replenishment and order execution.

• Execute promotions, new product launches, and merchandising initiatives.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and in-store activations.

• Maintain healthy inventory and minimize stock-outs.

• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.

Desired Candidate

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of Modern Trade sales experience in FMCG/Food/Nutraceuticals.

• Hands-on experience managing DMart and/or Vishal Mega Mart stores is mandatory and will be highly preferred.

• Strong relationships with store teams and distributors.

• Good communication, negotiation, and execution skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
