We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for MP, CG to lead our sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive market. Candidates required to relocate at different locations in MP , CG

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
