End-to-End Ownership of Business Outcomes
- Take complete ownership of business outcomes in the assigned area, ensuring high-quality execution and performance.
Cardiologist Engagement & Onboarding
- Pitch the LDH offering to 50+ Interventional Cardiologists within your area.
- Address queries and onboard cardiologists effectively using presentations, videos, and product demos.
- Clearly explain the program structure, benefits, and value proposition, including fees and compensation models.
- Detail the expected role and involvement of the cardiologist in the program.
- Communicate service level agreements (SLAs), terms, and conditions, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Maintain a sensitive and respectful communication style, keeping in mind the clinical nature of the discussions.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key cardiologists in your region.
Lead Generation & Patient Conversion
- Generate patient leads through partnered cardiologists and effectively convert them into program subscriptions.
- Be physically present at doctors clinics or hospitals at scheduled times to onboard patients.
- Counsel patients and their caregivers on the program's benefits and how it works.
- Convert patient interest into confirmed subscriptions while promoting relevant value-added services.
- Train patients and caregivers to use devices and the mobile app to ensure successful onboarding and usage.
