Role Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Chennai and other parts of Tamilnadu. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring a sales team to achieve business targets. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring regional performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in revenues. Additional responsibilities include managing partnerships with lending institutions, providing guidance to the team on customer needs and market trends, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in Relationship Management and building sustainable partnerships with clients and financial institutions
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills for guiding and mentoring sales teams
  • Knowledge of Loan Products, Mortgage Solutions, and related financial services
  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a client-focused and result-driven mindset
