Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Chennai. Responsibilities include leading and managing a sales team to achieve business targets, maintaining partnerships with financial institutions, and providing clients with expert guidance on loan and mortgage processes. The Area Sales Manager will strategize area-specific sales initiatives, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with relevant procedures, and nurture client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Proven leadership skills in team management, target achievement, and sales performance monitoring
• Strong expertise in loans and mortgage advisory services, financial institutions collaboration, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and financial partners
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for strategizing area-specific goals and addressing client concerns efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role within the banking, financial services, or loan advisory sector is strongly preferred
