Job Description:
- Team Building: Build and expand a high-performing sales team by recruiting potential candidates and leveraging professional networks.
- Training & Motivation: Provide regular training sessions, guidance, and motivation to team members to enhance their sales performance and achieve business goals.
- Sales Visits & Business Development: Plan, organize, and execute field sales visits to generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Team Development: Support and develop team members to improve productivity, market knowledge, and business growth potential.
- Performance Management: Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Revenue Growth: Ensure continuous business expansion through effective team performance, client acquisition, and sales strategy execution.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales or Marketing.
- Education: Any Graduation.
- Age: 24 to 40 years.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing team performance effectively.
