Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager/Senior Area Sales Manager/BDM based in Lucknow. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include preparing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and conducting market analyses to identify trends and enhance the company's market presence. This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach and the passion to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service expertise
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Territory Management
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation abilities
- Strong Leadership and Team Building skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in Sales or Business Development in the healthcare or medical diagnostics sector is highly advantageous
