Role Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for an exciting full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets in the assigned territory. Daily tasks include leading sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and conducting regular performance evaluations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience is a key component of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in market analysis, client relationship management, and devising sales strategies
  • Experience in team management, goal setting, and performance evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and stakeholder engagements
  • Solid understanding of the proptech industry and trends in market dynamics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Prior experience in the real estate or proptech sector is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
