Job Overview

The Area Sales Manager position at SolidEdge Industries is a junior-level role, located in Malappuram,

focusing on expanding our reach and fostering client relationships. This full-time position is ideal for

candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in field sales environments. The

successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies and achieving targets in their

assigned territory.

Qualifications and Skills

Field sales experience with proven ability to manage sales processes effectively and close deals.

Superior communication skills, enabling clear and effective dialogues with clients and

Experience with sales tools and CRM software for tracking progress and outcomes.

Analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and devise sales strategies.

Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in PVC Edge Band / Laminate / Plywood / Furniture hardware / Panel product industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration in the assigned

territory.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with

existing clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth within the market.

Analyze sales data to implement improvements in approach and reporting on outcomes.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.

Regularly update CRM systems to reflect current opportunities, leads, and customer interactions.
